Hmm! Well, I had 2.00.5 installed, but I just recompiled and re-installed to make sure, and the noise was gone.

When I start a new session with an alias, setting vars are noisy even if verbose is turned off. The behaviour does not appear when starting a session directly with a #session command.

I'm not sure how to test BIG5. I'm just packaging it. I thought it would be good to include that option so people don't need to rebuild it if that's a feature ...

Yeah I have a hunch that #split might be a factor. It's a weird bug to reproduce at any rate. I'll just have to keep on trying and figure it out as I go.

Well, the conflict lies in the fact that I explicitly created a #var, not a list but that #var was altered behind my back.

If I put in a certain value, I expect to be returned the exact same value ...

If you're on Linux using git is extremely simple.

# Change to source directory
cd tt

# Initialise repository
git init

# Add everything. Make sure you don't have binary objects laying around ...

Hmm! Maybe if tintin was usable as a library that could allow others to make GUI clients. So someone would have to take the initiative to libify it first.

This breaks scripts which pass lists to #forall, #foreach, and #showme.
