Now it doesn't help at all, since that article is only sets 4 terminal colors, which mud colors go far beyond that number of colors.

Ok so for example I have a log window for tells, gossips etc. If I start logging my adventure in raw format, then wouldn't all the tells, gossips etc be logged as raw in my other window?

Anything in particular that I can do to narrow it down? All I know is that when someone says something, or gossips or does anything that should send it to the other window, it crashes tintin.

You'd need to have rxvt installed for it to work I guess.

You could check out terminal --info and see what command line options there are.

#system terminal tail -f tells.txt might do the trick, ...

V#system {rxvt -g 80x10-10+0 -e tail -f tells.txt} would open an 80x10 console in the upper right corner tailing a file..

I get errors when I try to run this command, says the command does not exis ...
