I am wanting to use tintin++, I currently use wintin and there's a feature in there that I want to take advantage of in tintin++, and that is trigger set groups. Are #class the same as groups in wintin? Does anyone have a good howto or can write one up on how to use classes in tintin++?

It's probably more or less the same thing.

#class bla open
#act {bli} {#something}
#act {blo} {#something}
#class bla close

Anything loaded while a class is open is added to that class. To remove a class use #class <name> kill

To enable it just #read the class back in from file.

That's about all there is to #class atm.

So, say I have a trigger set for leading a group and a trigger set for following in a group...

I get logged in with the default trigger set and start up a group, #read tank will load the group leader trigger/alias/variable set and #class tank kill will stop those actions from happening when the group is over?

What happens when I #read tank and then want to add an alias or action to the default trigger set, do I have to kill the tank class before I add it?

Can the different classes (i.e. groupleader, groupfollow, solo) be in the same script file?

Yes, that's the general idea Smile

You only need to close the tank class with #class tank close, but that should've already been done if you add #class tank close to the end of the script file.

They can be but it wouldn't be practical in this case. Easiest to keep them in separate files.
