how do i need to configure WinTin++ so that it displays keyboard input in the mud output window, while #split is on?

what do i need to do to clear the current line of input? its silly, i dont wanna press Backspace 2 seconds to clear the input i wrote. tried some keys but they wouldnt help.

thanks in advance

Look at #help cursor, it contains the default key combinations that you can use (you can change them to whatever you want)
For what you want, control+u does the trick

#config {echo command} on, should enable command echoing, it should be on by default though.
