On tintin++1.96.2, I use "#var a {b}" or "#var a b" to assign b to a, it's correct, but when i on tintin++1.96.3, "#var a {b}" still is correct, but "#var a b" will lead to tintin lost response, why?
And how to return from "#var a b"? Or must use "#var a {b}"?

This is my input on tintin++1.96.3
---------------------
#var a {b}
#OK. $a IS NOW SET TO {b}.
#var a b
#var
Any input was ingored!

Odd, I get the following on 96.3:

#var a {b}
#OK. $a IS NOW SET TO {b}.
#var a b
#OK. $a IS NOW SET TO {b}.
#var
##### VARIABLES #####
#VARIABLE {a}={b}

Be sure you did a clean compile.

I think I found the problem.

In parse.c on line 421 change:

Code:

          if (*s & 0x80)
          {
               *arg++ = *s++;
               if (*s == 0)
               {
                    break;
               }
          }
          continue;

to:

Code:

          if (*s & 0x80)
          {
               *arg++ = *s++;
               if (*s == 0)
               {
                    break;
               }
               continue;
          }

Does that fix the problem?
