MAP room with timed different exit

I have this situation:

[1] - -[2]

room 1 and 2 are normally linked together, but only for 3 seconds... because if you enter room 2, you can go West back to room 1, but if you stay in the room more than 3 seconds the West exit will change sending you to another room.

Is it something that I can set in some way directly with #MAP ?

Or maybe I'll have to set a West exit Command with an ALIAS that will do the work with a DELAY and a GOTO command ?

Could try a MAP ENTER ROOM event. It takes the room vnum as an additional argument.

Can reset the state of the room with a MAP EXIT ROOM event.
