Hi

I'm using WinTin++ on Windows 2000. I save new configurations to commands.txt as I go along. Sometimes I get an error message like this after I perform #read commands.txt

#ERROR: #READ {commands.txt} - MISSING 1 '{' BETWEEN LINE 892 AND 921.

It indicates there is a missing '{' but there isn't. I get the file to load by tinkering around the affected area by moving the text from it (I press enter a few times)

any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Highrik.

If you only use #read and #write and don't manually edit the file it's indeed a bug.

If you post line 892 to 921 I'll take a look at it.

hi

it's happened again:

#ERROR: #READ {commands.txt} - MISSING 1 '{' BETWEEN LINE 903 AND 908.

Yes.. I only ever use #write and #read.

here is the affected line (903):

#PATHDIR {d} {u} {32}

The error has occurred on the last line of text in the file. Lines 904 to 908 are blank.

thank you for help Highrik.

Odd, that's not enough information for me to work with though.

Feel free to pm or email me the entire corrupted script and I'll look at it.
